A stripped-back identity system We rebuilt the visual identity from the ground up—refining typography, simplifying the logo, and rethinking every asset through the lens of clarity and consistency. This minimal but distinctive system served as the foundation for a full visual refresh across all channels. Website & UX refresh Using the new identity, we redesigned the e-commerce experience around frictionless flow and high-conversion UI. One key outcome was a new size widget that helped users choose confidently—contributing to a 32.44% drop in returns. Content that performs I led campaign design and art direction across video, motion, and social. From a Kickstarter launch to a skier being pulled behind a jet, our content balanced energy with elegance. On Meta, focusing ads on product visuals instead of brand hype grew conversions by 20%+. Retention at the core We rebuilt the email design system from scratch—modular, responsive, and fully on-brand. This led to a 25.31% increase in click-through rates post-launch. On the customer service side, I led the implementation of Zendesk, making support easier and reducing return rates.
Over six years, I helped Onepiece evolve from loud and rebellious to confident and clear — without losing what made it bold. Through brand strategy, UX, and creative direction, we built a more focused, high-performing brand. The result wasn’t just a new look — it was stronger retention, better conversion, and a deeper connection with customers.
